- ▸Redesigned Day 1/3/7 onboarding SOPs in HubSpot automation; restructured commission tiers into a Tiered CPA/RevShare/Hybrid structure and built a compliance-checked payout review process that improved overall program ROI.
- ▸Running ongoing competitive and market intelligence across partner programs in fintech, SaaS, and digital-services categories - tracking competitor partner structures, campaign mechanics, and monetization models.
- ▸Separately designed a complete partner-pipeline build system across 5 programs - recruitment funnel, tiered commission structures, onboarding workflow, and tracking/attribution setup - system-designed and ready to operationalize, with shortlisting underway through relevant channels and communities.
- ▸Built AI Automation (Claude, GPT-4, Gemini) that automates campaign tracking, outreach sequencing, and ROI reporting - cutting recurring task time by about 60%.
