Cync Digital is led by Naimur Rahman Ferdous, who brings over 3 years of hands-on experience building and managing performance-based partner networks from zero — negotiating commission structures, owning go-to-market execution, and running partner and affiliate programs across a deliberately generalized set of verticals: fintech, SaaS, e-commerce, digital services, and hosting.
That track record includes building an affiliate program from scratch to 100+ partners across creator and publisher channels, managing a 140+ partner base (60+ active, revenue-generating) through the current Cync Digital consulting practice, and driving partnership performance across a 50+ partner trade and distribution network in a full-time business development role.
Cync Digital is the portfolio built around that track record — not an agency I'm trying to grow. My priority is a full-time Affiliate/BD/Growth role, and this site exists to document the work in one place: the programs, the deals, the systems, and the reporting I'd bring in-house on day one. Full-time is the focus. Any consulting work is limited and scoped to end cleanly once I'm onboarded somewhere full-time — it exists to keep my skills sharp during the search, not to build a client roster.
